• Should DavidsonLearns cancel a course, members will have the option to receive a full refund for the course or a credit for a future course, or to transfer within the same term to another open DavidsonLearns course that has not started.​

• DavidsonLearns annual membership fees are non-refundable.

• Registration fee refunds, minus a $10 processing fee, are available up to seven days before the first meeting of the course. Registration fees are non-refundable after the course has started. In place of a refund, a member may elect to apply their course registration fee to a future course, without incurring the $10 processing fee.
