Dr. Hallock has degrees from Seton Hall University and Georgetown School of Medicine, and he completed his Pediatric Training at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania. After teaching on the medical faculty at the University of South Florida, he served as Dean of the Medical School at East Carolina University. He then was the founding President and CEO of the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.
