Douglas Young spent more than thirty years in healthcare, with positions in basic research, medical affairs and marketing. As an executive at Bristol-Myers Squibb, he held several senior leadership positions, including Vice President of Global Medical Affairs. Douglas received his BA in Biology from St. Olaf College and his PhD in Cellular Biology from Washington University in St. Louis. He has received numerous awards and honors and has served as an invited speaker at many medical and industry conferences. He is the author of more than 35 scientific publications and one novel, Unbound Gifts.
