Donna Molinek was a Professor of Mathematics at Davidson College for 32 years before retiring in the summer of 2024. Donna did her graduate work at UNC Chapel Hill in Dynamical Systems but has held a soft spot for topology and, in particular, knot theory all along. She developed and taught a course discovering the connection between mathematics and art, and she loves to share the excitement of seeing math around us.
