Ann Marie Costa is the Samuel  E. and Mary W. Thatcher Professor of Theatre at Davidson College. She received her BFA in Drama-Musical Theatre from the Boston Conservatory of Music and her MFA in Directing from the University of Pittsburgh. At Davidson, she teaches classes in acting, directing, and devising. Ms. Costa directs professionally at Triad Stage in Greensboro, Actor’s Theater of Charlotte, and other regional theatres.
